1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for course fees if:

  • No more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

1.2. Technical Issues:
If technical issues prevent you from accessing the course, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours, you may request a refund.

1.3. Duplicate Payments:
Full refunds will be provided for verified duplicate payments.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable to:

  • Courses where more than 10% of the content has been accessed.
  • Certificates of completion or any supplementary services already delivered.
  • Subscription-based services for the portion beyond the current billing cycle.

4. Refund Method

4.1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4.2. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


5. Exceptions

5.1. Refunds for promotional or discounted courses are at the sole discretion of Camber Tech LLC.
5.2. Refunds for group or corporate training packages will be handled according to the terms outlined in the respective agreement.
